Since it's formation in 1970, United Galvanizing has been recognized as a progressive company that offers high volume capabilities along with quality assurance and our commitment to service.

bulletProcess Plant A with kettle working dimensions of 41'-6" long, 66" deep and 56" wide with 45' process tanks.  Crane capacity is 10,000 pounds.
bulletProcess Plant B with kettle working dimensions of 60' long, 76" deep and width that tapers from 73" to 61" with 65' process tanks.  Crane capacity is 20,000 pounds.
bulletQuality Control Building with 15 ton cranes.  This building is served by transfer carts on rails and by forklifts.  This building is used for final cleaning and loading of large, fabricated assemblies.
bulletStorage yards consisting of over 35 acres of improved and stabilized space for storage of materials prior to and after galvanizing.
bulletMaterials handling equipment consists of 6 forklifts with capacities of 14,000 to 30,000 pounds.
bulletTransportation equipment consists of 3 trucks and over 30 trailers.  We can offer pick-up and delivery in the Houston area with 20,000 pounds or more.
bulletProduction capabilities are in excess of 6,000 TONS PER MONTH.

bulletPolyurethane Coating is a solvent-free, two component protective coating system that can be applied over galvanized or ungalvanized surfaces.  This coating system provides additional corrosion control protection for materials that are imbedded in soil or will be used in water, wastewater or salt water applications.
bulletMetalizing is a thermal spraying of zinc onto steel surfaces that are usually too large to be hot dip galvanized.  This coating system offers the same barrier and galvanic coating properties as hot dip galvanizing.
